Our approach begins with truly getting to know each teenager their personality, interests, and skills so we can guide them toward opportunities that align with who they are. From one-on-one sessions, assessments that uncover hidden strengths to peer workshops that spark curiosity, we provide hands-on experiences that make career planning both engaging and empowering.

We help teens map out their goals with a clear, personalized plan. Whether it’s choosing classes, exploring career paths, or preparing for college, we make the big picture feel less overwhelming and more achievable.

We will draft a plan on what is needed to attain your career goals. Whether it is college, trade school or apprenticeship. We will collaborate with your academic counselor to prepare for your course selection.

ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT
Every teen deserves a safe space to share their goals, struggles, and future dreams, which is why we offer personalized coaching tailored to their unique needs and aspirations. Through these sessions, teens build confidence, discover strengths, and leave with practical tools to navigate challenges.
Hands on career exploration
Teens learn best by doing, which is why we offer real-world career exploration experiences. From job shadowing to skill-building projects, participants get a taste of different industries and career paths. This hands-on approach allows them to discover what excites them most.
PEER SUPPORT & WORKSHOP
Growth is easier when teens know they’re not alone. Our workshops bring together peers to share ideas, support one another, and learn valuable life skills. We cover topics such as leadership, communication, and resilience in fun, interactive ways.
CAREER CENTER ACCESS
Our Career Center is a hub of resources designed to guide teens toward their goals. From resume help to interview prep, we provide tools that make career planning less overwhelming. Teens can access materials, mentorship, and expert advice whenever they need it.
