Teens will be guided through activities to uncover their passions, skills and values to better understand potential career paths.
Step 2 - Connect & Plan
Teens will participate in workshops to be prepared when seeking job opportunities. They will meet peers, community partnerships and be linked with careers they have expressed interest in.
Action
Our Career Exploration Workshop gives teens a chance to step outside the classroom and dive into real-world opportunities. Through interactive activities and hands-on experiences, participants get a closer look at a wide range of industries and job roles — including some they may not have even known existed. This exposure helps spark curiosity, open new possibilities, and inspire confidence as teens begin thinking about their futures.
Beyond career discovery, the workshop also offers a supportive and engaging environment where teens can connect with peers who share similar interests and goals. By learning and exploring together, they build not only career awareness but also friendships and networks that encourage growth. It’s an empowering way to help teens see the bigger picture of what’s possible — and start shaping the path that excites them most.
